Summertime solution: Dr. Turner ND’s Burger Bowl

Make your own Burger Bowl recipe:⁣

(You can use the meat of your choice between grass fed beef, beyond meat, chicken, or turkey)⁣

1. Pan fry garlic and onions⁣

2. In a mixing bowl, combine one pound ground meat, 1 egg, salt, pepper, and Franks red hot, and mix with your hands. If it’s too runny, add gluten free or regular bread crumbs, then cook up four patties⁣

3.  Cut up two patties, add them to a bowl, and add your favourite burger toppings, such as shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, Cajun mayo, mustard, etc. Swiss cheese is your best low fat, high protein option ⁣
